David Baker, FAIA, LEED AP, is founder and Principal of David Baker Architects (DBA), a collaborative architecture and urban design firm that creates acclaimed buildings and communities in diverse environments. Based in Alabama and California, the 60-person firm is known for exceptional housing, creative site strategies, designing for density, and integrating new construction into the public realm.

Brett Randall Jones, AIA, LEED AP, a Principal at David Baker Architects, Brett believes that being connected with the community for which we are designing is essential to the creation of meaningful buildings. Brett is a key figure in DBA’s hospitality practice and serves as Principal-in-Charge of the DBA_Workshop prototyping and fabrication shop.

Caroline Souza, AIA, LEED AP is a skilled architect and architecture communicator, experienced in the design of affordable and market-rate housing and design with innovative technologies, such as modular construction. As a Principal at David Baker Architects, Caroline specializes in social justice design, including affordable housing and design for nonprofits in underserved communities.
